36 - 10 sec short GIF videos needed

We have 36 pictures and we need to crate short, 8-10 seconds videos out of them, in GIF format for our android application. A sample of the pictures is attached. You will need to make sure the figures on the pictures are moving, simple moves repeated 2-3 times as they go in the 8-10 seconds videos. When checking the pictures, you will know what we mean. We need cost and time estimate, as well as the possible time to start the project. If necessary, further details can be provided. Andy
