Printable Splash Page Project for Model

Graphic Designer/Web Designer needed to create "splash" page for forthcoming model's website. No preference on flash or other coding languages, but specific functionality is required. Model site is currently being redesigned, and there is nothing parked at her domain. In the interim, model would like to fill the space with a simple, attractive, downloadable and linkable-via-email-accessible splash-type page, so that potential bookers may go to her domain, view, print, or email(to themselves) the page(pics, etc), without losing formatting, with optional 'contact model(via email)' link. The page is essentially a printable or email-able placeholder in the form of a digital composite card (with models pics, and general info(ie:stats, etc). It will remain there until the site is fully redesigned. This is a very small project, but requires absolute professionalism, quality design, coding, if necessary, and ease of use(no problems with the design/coding).
