10 page bespoke website design and build

We are looking for a talented, creative web designer/coder to design and build a 10 page bespoke website. Ideally you will also have strong UI/UX skills, a background in branding, marketing and if you can write engaging copy, even better. So essentially we’re looking for more than just a regular web designer who can knock up a WP site, we need a little more than this. If you are a front-end designer who works with a programmer, that could work too, as long as the end result is to a high standard. In the past we have outsourced overseas, but that doesn’t seem to be working for us due to language barriers and general unreliability. The style we're looking for is clean, simple and elegant with a real focus on usability. We can offer a steady stream of work to the right person/people, so if you are reliable and can deliver projects to a high standard without the need for too much direction, then we would love to hear from you. Please send a few recent 'live' URLs showcasing your best design work, and some indication of your hourly/day rate.
