Flash Template

I need a generic flash template which I will be able to change myself in the future for my client. The flash component is very simple by itself. It needs to be able to load an image (always same size), load an mp3 file, and have text running like a karaoke. When I mean load up image and mp3 I would like those files to be read in the definition of the flash like: value="[login to view URL];imageName=name.jpg. I text which would show up like a Karaoke can also be set to always have the same number of lines. So lets say, we give it 8 lines, with each like being displayed at a specific time. I need to be able to open the flash file, change the 8 lines of text and the timing in which the text is displayed. Look at it as if I have a new song with lyrics which need to be displayed at different times like in Karaoke. The budget for this template is $20 and it needs to be done ASAP. If cannot make it for this budget, don't bother bidding. I would like to also note that future projects will arise to the provider selected for this one. Thanks
