design for marketing pieces,website, fast job

We are marketing company in the US. our sister company is an insurance firm and they are in need of some simple design work and need most of it done VERY FAST. 1. real estate flyer $30 a) change number in master file b) change the title to make 4 separate files for a total of 5 of the same looking flyer just different headline. 2. logo (basic)( a green V that looks like a check and then the rest of the word "alue" spelt out). 3. Business Card Design (just a white background with the logo(the one from #2 above) in the bottom right hand corner) $25 4. simple 3 page website with a form that will be emailed to me when filled out $75 5. design health insurance flyer $40 6. design life insurance brochure mailer $60 7. design of life insurance flyer $40 8. design a tear sheet type ad $75 all of the files that i could attach are named so they correspond with the task and the price. please bid accordingly and recognize that we need 1,2,3 2 days. 4 can take about a week since it is a website. 5-8 i need by no later then next monday. i will consider breaking this job up into a couple of providers if that is ok with GAF.
