Design & Template changes on Joomla Site

This job has 4 parts to it. My joomla based website is [login to view URL] 1)When you go to "Shop" on my website I do not like the appearence of all the categories grouped in the middle of the screen. I would like some recommendations. Whether it be images or banners in that area?! 2)I am not happy with the template used in the the "Shop" section. For example if you go to Shop/Pub signs and wall decor/$10 Tins......You will see all the products are listed vertically one at a time. Is there another display option? Where the products are in rows of 4 or 5 with the price underneath them? 3) Do not like the set up of the "finished cave" section of the site. Looking for something a little more user friendly. Any suggestions? 4) If you go to my website on a mobile phone, it takes you to my mobile site. Where in my back office do I control this? There is an old logo i used to use....and that is what shows up on the mobile phone. I need to change this. Let me know if you need any other details in order to make you bid more accurate. Thanks!
