Build a theme in Magento, Design is provided

I had a RWD (already in HTML5+CSS3) in hand. I would like to find a experience Magento Developer to deploy this design to Magento theme. Follow Magento, W3C Practices are needed! working process: I will provide a web hosting, accessible via SSH and send you the HTML+CSS source file and you start the work on the server.
