28719 Tablesless Design Conversion

I would like to take an existing design with tables, a template, and convert it over to tableless design, more specifically, div and css. The website this will be used for uses dynamically generated content (php). There are some particulars for this project: 1. The template must run properly in all browsers and monitor sizes. Firefox and IE are most important. 2. I wish to have the middle content code, while displaying in the middle like in the original table content design, load first in code using positioning. 3. All the look and feel of the original design must remain intact 3. I would like this project to be handled by a div /css professional who can complete the project in a timely manner.
