154362 Fix simple page error

I have a website that is not showing background images in IE. It looks the way it is supposed to look in Firefox but in IE the background images are not showing up. I am guessing this is probably a simple coding issue, but I cannot figure out what it is. So I have decided to try to ask an expert to fix it or tell me how to fix it.
