My Drupal 7 site needs inline video block that start playing when opened

My website uses Drupal 7. I need to be able to upload .MP4 video files and be able to place them like blocks - almost anywhere. The block should fit the video file size ( width x height), so that they could be placed side by side without a gap. These video file(s) should preload and start playing as soon as page opens. I do not need any controls for video playback. Drupal should leave the original size and frame rate intact. My budget is up to $100 Need the job done quickly. I will provide credentials to access the site.
