Website directory submissions

Hi there, I got a new website and I need to improve search engine rankings. I'm looking for at least 750 submissions for three keywords. I'm not sure if this is achievable but I welcome your comments or suggestions regarding this. one way links manually submitted links permanent links 90%of the links must be on different Ip classes spiderable (no java script, nofollow tags, or restrictions in [login to view URL]) No link farms. or FFAS no java script No links to porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy sites. At the end of the project, You will have to send me a spreadsheet with all the submissions so I can check them out.
