Sample VB6 app for drag & drop

I’m looking for somebody who can create a small sample VB6 application that demonstrates the ability to drag info from a listview and drop it onto a picturebox. The listview will be presented as a grid in which the user can select 1 or more rows. (For the sample it's sufficient to populate it at startup with e.g. 10 rows of dummy data.) Once the user starts the drag operation, the mouse cursor should change reflecting that dragging has started. Once the dragging goes over the picturebox, the dragging should be reflected in it. For the sample app this could be e.g. the drawing of a circle under the mouse cursor. The drop-action should trigger a simple messagebox to be displayed indicating that the drop took place. The attached PowerPoint slide shows a mock-up of the screen layout. Between the listview and the picturebox a “resize-bar” should allow the user to resize the amount of space allocated to each of the two controls in a similar way as the folder- vs. file-areas in Explorer can be resized.
