I have a lot of media equipments (cameras, mics, tripods.....) in a media agency with reporters, i need to build a system that helps me to regulate three main procedures: "give temporarily, give permanently, update status (broken, lost, sold)" In this system I want to be able to: - Basic queries such as: add category, add item, add reporter, remove reporter (eg. when reporter resigns) - Print any procedure on A4 paper form so I can have the reporter's signature when I give him any equipment and have a hard copy for every procedure - Make a query for any item so I can review the history of it. - Make a query for every reporter in the agency to know the equipment he has now or those he took in any period of time - Make a list of every item I have in my storage room, with ability to print it We can discuss the details of everything once the job awarded I hope your proposals to be detailed to be sure I will get the software I need

I am a junior software developer with 2 years experience. My most recent projects have focused on creating a database and software to programmatically issue SQL commands against the database to do similar things as to what you are looking for. The technologies I would probably use for your project would be Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition, it would be written in the C# programming language and your database would be a Microsoft Access Database (2016). We could use SQL Server if you are interested, but this database is likely overkill for what you need and costs a lot more.
