call foreword management

i need a small GUI in VB or other program that control a GSM modem (Maestro 100) that connect throw RS232 in my computer. this modem it easy controlled by AT command in hyper terminal. This command allow call forwarding. AT+CCFC [login to view URL] The VB application will work as call manger. The (GSM modem) receive a call and forwarded it to a specific number in each day (the number can be change) and let say for on monthly, i only upload such a file (txt,xls) to VB software and he will do the reset by controlling the GSM modem. the computer will stay switch ON for month to contolling the GSM Modem. in each day the application should automatically forward for a call to a new user.
