If your current code is VB.NET, then there are 2 options for using Paypal Express Checkout: - use Paypal SDK/API - or use XMLHttpRequest Both has the same returned information you could capture. I have a question: is it desktop based application or web-based? Let me know.

i will create a web page with VB.net as code behind. The page will have all the fields necessary to process the payment. The page on getting the information will validate against the minimum info required for processing through the payment gateway and then will call the service exposed by the gateway and show the results n the page. Note: The page will be a simple one with simple validation and the Spec for the payment gateway and the service with credentials to access it should be provided before the start of the work. There would be no access control mechanism implemented here.
