We need a VBA Macro for Outlook 2016 that is able to replace placeholders in a new created email with jpg-images that are stored in a specific directory. Attach you find a PDF-File with a detailed specification what has to be done exactly. Please read this carefully and the decide whether you can really perform this job. Hi Sir, What if I develop a professional .Net Outlook Add-in, which inserts the image in selected placeholders. Instead of naive VBA. The .Net Add-in is a much professional solution and will work more efficiently. It will let you add as many jpg images as much contained in the folder. Thank you, Usman

The PDF you attach is descriptive enough, I have only one question. How the macro should be triggered? A keystroke combination maybe? Like Ctrl+Shift+I pressed when the template is open?
