taking care of my 2 websites

i have two websites ,the first is [login to view URL] , this one needs a programer to modify the shopping cart ,it was done by a developer before but he did not do a good job , he did not add shipping cost and tax to the total , also to add pictures and texts every once and a while the second website is [login to view URL] ,its good now but it will need to add pictures and texts in the further when ever a new painting is finished so i need somebody to take care of both of my websites , i will pay per year
