Hii when I was in university, I felt could work better if I had a study-buddy than when on my own .. so I thought I kind of get like a work-buddy :).
I work like 100+ hours per week, and it gets lonely ... I thought they can perhaps keep me company and can help a bit especially if they can get TeamViewer (can google that), skype :)
I have a Airbnb type of rental real-estate business. So my main tasks are like- Rental Receipts, Property Maintenance request, emails, new homes research. I promise tasks super easy lol and can watch me do them for while to learn :). I'm super easy-going, polite & friendly :D.
When I'm online, I'm normally online around between 7 am to 2pm and in evening 7pm to 11 pm- Melbourne Time. And most of the day on weekends. It's occasional (maybe like 10-20+ hrs a week) but long term though :).
