We are an after-hours health service provider in Australia. We are looking to outsource our telephone handling process. The service hours are as follow:
- Mon to Fri : 4pm – 10pm
- Sat: 10am – 10pm
- Sunday and public holidays: 8am -10pm
(Time zone is Brisbane time – GMT+10)
The service hours mentioned above are divided into 4-6 hourly shifts for receptionist job and are spread in between multiple receptionists. You can take as many or as little number of shifts that suits your time and circumstances.
The incoming calls will during the opening hours be diverted into your preferred landline during the shift time only. We can alternatively provide you with a VOIP line if you don't have a landline.
Requirements:
1. Being computer literate and confident in using basic interactive platforms. (orientation will be provided via online session before you start the job)
2. Your main role is taking incoming phone calls and make/change/cancel appointments using online system. You also need to use online texting platform/chat platform to text urgent messages to the doctors who is the recipient of messages.
3. You must be Australian native English-speaking, have excellent verbal communication skills, reliable, dedicated to the job during your shift time, bound to confidentiality and have the ability to use discretion and judgment in discussing delicate matters over the phone.
4. Have access to a PC and broadband internet.
