I am currently building a website for football/soccer coaches to register with and create their own profile about them as a coach. Part of the website is that I will upload coaching sessions to the website which will be streamed from you-tube. I require someone to be able to trim these videos that I will be recording and edit so the parts of the sessions are emphasised. The winning bidder will be required to add a small introduction clip to each video clip, a graphic animation of the session and then a voice over describing what is going on in the short video clip. I will start recording the sessions in a week or so, the clips will be then sent to the winning bidder to trim, add introduction video, voice over and background music. The website is a on going project and videos will be constantly updated successful bidders can expect plenty of work from me if I am happy with first project.

If I understood your project clearly, you will want an intro (that could be the same in all the videos), an animation for each video explaining what is going to happen (probably coaching schemes I suppose), video editing, and voice over.
