Create Google Earth video and edit it into an existing Google Earth video -- 3

I had this video created for me some time ago: [login to view URL] As you can see, it ends with a zoom on Constanta city in Romania. This needs to be changed, it has to end with a zoom on this spot: [login to view URL] If you go through my video, then you see that at 28s it stalls, showing Romania, with Brasov in the center. You could make a new Google Earth video that starts there, and zooms on the new spot, and then make a soft cut at 28s so the transition will be smooth and transparent. You could also pick another spot for making the transition. The new video has to be in high resolution just like the original. You need the free Google Earth Pro tool for this. I will pay $30 maximum for this. It is not much but this is not a commercial project but a volunteer project for helping stray dogs and cats in Romania.
