Startup Streaming Website Looking for a Developer

I am a startup creator. I am looking for a web developer that has intermediate to expert level experience to help me build a subscription based website to stream live television. I am looking to partner with someone to help create a small, but hardworking team that would be willing to begin a long term business relationship.
