This project consists of two parts: First part is the game itself and the second part is other functions I will describe below.
The Game itself will be:
A simple 2D game (no physics) in Unity.
The game will be multiplatform (initially iOS and android) and multi device (smartphones and tablets).
The game will have 30 stages. The stages will not need any extra design, Each stage will have different background image, which I will provide. Enemy movement, number of enemies and power ups will be adjusted so that the game will get more difficult after each stage.
I will provide detailed information of how I want the app to look like (screen by screen)
I will provide a link to a similar game
I will provide graphics and images
I will provide sounds
The second part of this project is the following features that must be integrated:
Rewarded Video ads. Users will be given powerups or gold for watching ads (just like crossy roads has done)
log in with Google integration
Social sharing (facebook, twitter)
Admob + 2 or 3 more ad networks
Push notifications (With Appsfire or other solution)
"Rate this app" function (With Appsfire or other solution)
[login to view URL] for ads and rewards
In game purchase (with soomla or other solution)
Google Analytics (or Flurry)
Leaderboard (with Google or other solution)
Free power up for opening the app (once a day)
The developer will also help me upload the app to the app stores
The game must comply with the app store and android market rules.
The developer will need to provide guaranty for after sales support (bug fixing, etc)

I am a 4 year Unity3D expert and have done many projects in 2D. I do work in C# for unity scripting. I think you will find my abilities suitable for this project. You having the graphics and design already done will make this project finished much faster.
The project would be completed in 20 days or less (I suspect less). The first 10 days would be focused on making the game and revising the design with you. Once the game is complete all external ads and API would be integrated over the next 8 days and finally 2 days to get the game ready for app store at which point the project is with you to upload and follow.
I will be able to provide all features for your game. There are a few API's I haven't worked with before but after looking them up I think they will be quite easy to pick up and use. As for support after the project is done I can offer free support for the game for 30 days or 30 hours after the app is on the store (whichever comes first). After that I would need to charge for my services.

The first part of your project sounds very easy and could be completed very simply. The second part would take longer but could be also done. I have passion for game development and i am trying to make this my full time job so i would work very hard to get your project done.
