[You have to create a Character sprite sheet containing all body parts and props the character is carrying(if any like beg, hat etc) and after that you’ll import that sprite sheet into Unity and will slice all body parts of the character.
You have to create a Rig of 2d character manually in unity using Unity Image component within canvas, for this you can't use any third party plugin like Spine, Puppet 2d, Sprite Rig etc. After creating a Rig of one character you will have to animate that character using the Unity Animator component.
We will be using Unity version 2019.4.34f1
For delivery of Animations we will be considering one character at a time, once all animations of one character is done you can deliver that character and animations to us.
All character animations should be exactly similar to the Reference Gif we provided for each animation.
During delivery we require all the raw files of the image sprite sheet. From Unity perspective we will be needing all animations, sprite sheet, animator, prefabs, scene related to one character in a single folder only and you will provide that Folder in the form of UnityPackage, and Complete unity Project folder too.]
