Coming from someone who has actually experience in recruiting, the first thing i notice is, if the person seems real. If you practice your interview from before it might seem a little rigid. the employers rarely ever care about your knowledge, what they really look for is your presence of mind. Can you answer some of the questions not correctly but close enough and confidently, but its always better to get some practice hours under your belt. Would love to role play with you.
