Do some 3D Modelling

Looking for a 3D Studio Max freelancer with experience of reading 2D architects planning drawings, (plans/elevations/cross sections), and creating a 3DS Max model from this information. In some instances the elevations/sections might not match exactly with the plans, so a degree of interpretation will be needed. The type of building will be large residential, requiring exterior detailing, and interior detailing of the walls, floors, and basic staircase model work. The drawings supplied and the resulting 3D model must be kept confidential. We require clean edit poly meshes with no intersecting geometry, excessive vertexes, and straight edges that snap together neatly. The building needs to be modelled in a way that each floor can be easily isolated for interior design work. We have a fixed colour scheme for walls/windows/roofing etc, as well as a fixed naming scheme that we would request is adhered to. No rendering or landscaping work would be required – we will assume full access to and copyright/use of the 3D model, which we will render and detail ourselves. Happy to supply examples of our previous work as well as 3D model examples to assist with explaining exactly what we require.
