Low pressure stovetop steam turbine blade and shaft design (3D design + Knowledge of Steam/ Fluid Dynamics)

I'm looking for someone who can 3d design parts in the best format to have them fabricated. That means some familiarity with the best manufacture methods for each of the pieces. The point is to create a product that both humidifies a room by releasing steam and spins an axial fan to move hot air from around the stove to the rest of the room. The completed device needs to be able to snugly slip over standard 1/2 inch copper pipe as that will be the exit point from the water/steam reservoir. The completed device will consist of a housing that holds a single rotating shaft with turbine blades attached. As team is forced past the turbine blades, the blades will spin the shaft. Further down the shaft there will be a larger axial fan that will be spun by same shaft. In my mind, there are four pieces that need to be designed and fabricated in a way that they can be easily assembled into a single device. 1.) The housing that will hold the shaft and allow it to rotate. It may also need to be designed to direct steam effectively onto the turbine blades. It needs to have one opening that will fit snugly over 1/2inch copper pipe. The exit opening can be of any size. 2.) The shaft itself that will allow the attachment of both the turbine blades and the larger axial fan. 3.) The turbine blades 4.) The axial fan This is a prototype I'm building for use at my house. I'm looking for someone knowledgeable who can help me create the initial prototype for a reasonable cost and potentially then to refine my design for a larger production run.
