I'm currently in the process of building a home and we have the home dried in. My plan was to use Boral Bricks on the exterior. At one time they had a "design studio" whereby the homeowner could see the home with various bricks and trims and then decide on the ultimate desired look. However, they no longer offer this option. I'm looking for someone who can do this. I have the preliminary plans in Chief Architect and AutoCAD format that I could submit to whomever. I also have some work that was done in 3D Studio Max that I'd like to build upon for completion. I've been unable to edit the terms of this project on the site so I'd like to clarfiy: I'd like a fixed price proposal to finish this project. I can send the 3D Studio Max files and a specifications document to those who are interested. Thanks for your interest. ## Deliverables Further clarifications: * The project zip files are very large (about 465 MB). It will contain information about the project. I attempted to upload the files on 3 occasions but was not successful. I presume the size prohibits this. Thus, I will need some means of sending the files to potential bidders. * The document "Elevations and Work to be Done 1" refers to the work that's already been completed using items in the folder "old autocad files". These files have been used to create the 3D Max files in the "3D Max Files" folder * To assume the project from this point forward using 3D Max, open the files in the "3D Max Files" folder and deploy. The remaining work that needs to be done is found in the document, "Elevation Work to be Done 2". You can also look in the folder "Rendered Pictures" to see jpgs of what's been done. * The folder "Work to be Done" shows pictures that are referred to in the "Elevation Work to be Done" 2 Hope that's not too confusing. I'm sure you'll better be able to gauge the scope of this project and thus time requirements. Which ones? I will attempt to obtain them again. Perhaps those who are familiar with 3D Max can assist with this question. Part of the problem with handling the source file are their size, with the files with the extension .vmesh being very large. Are these files necessary for you to assess this project? However, many are submitting proposals when they are unable or unwilling to open the project details. How can one prepare a proposal if the scope of work in unknown?
