interior designer needed to redesign hair salon + doing 3D floor plans + rendering. Redesign 2 rooms

hair studio salon needs redesigning. i have the mockup floor sketch plans with wall dimensions + i have real photographs of the studio the studio has one main section room and a smaller section room. main interior plan of salon area A = 7metres Long x 4.5metres width second interior plan plan area B = 4.4metre Long x 4.5metrers width room A has a door adjoining into room B , as you can see because the widths are same. Height from floor to ceiling is 3.5metres - There are no internal partitioned wall sections.. The dimensions i stated above are the main measurements. All other current plan details and photos to be given to the wining bidder upon project start. These are the main dimensions. I will give you the interior photographs and current floor plan arrangement once i select the best guru Freelancer tasks 1. Redesign interior of the Hair Studio show me sample design mockups 2. create 3D floor plans Create different samples in 3D floor plans i need 5 final samples of different designs for each room, and 3 different views for each rooms Rendering will be done last Your main task is redesigning, 3D floor plan and Rendering will just enhance your design work.. So its pointless to just focus on Rendering. I need a good posh Interior Designer who knows how to create the redesigned work into 3D floor plan and Real3D Rendered artwork of those designs. This is the first project for many projects to come. SO you better impress me. i need experienced guru interior designers
