I would like to separate this project into two phases: architectural (design) phase and other for civil or structural engineer. We are architectural team and we can do all design work: plan designing, interior design, exterior, and provide you final output in form of renderings and detailed plan. After that you need to find someone to do calculations for building permit, etc... As we are architects, our job is to make building look nice, not to prepare drawings for constructors. Hi I have studied in detail your inputs that you have for this project namely the pics and the pdf site layout. I shall complete the 2d drawings and the 3d model but i am not competent in generating animations in 3dMax. I can generate an animation in Revit if it works for you. You project budget is very low considering the amount of works involved in generating all drawings for this project.
