Sales Person for a Coaching Institute

I am looking for an experienced sales person to join the team at our coaching institute. Our institute focuses on providing academic tutoring to School students, and our primary goal is to increase student enrollment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong track record in sales, and be able to hit the ground running in order to drive growth and meet enrollment goals. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential participants. You must also be able to source leads using a range of methods, including networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other resources. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our coaching institute and programs to targeted audiences, and helping to convert leads into enrollment. This will include researching and assessing customer needs and responding appropriately, providing sales presentations to large and small groups, and negotiating enrollment contracts. You should also be able to provide follow up support, and assist in tracking marketing trends and enrollment figures.
