Cold call campaign in the USA. Trucking industry

ONLY EXPERIENCED COLD CALLERS NEED TO APPLY. IF YOU DO NOT READ THE REQUIREMENTS ENTIRELY DO NOT APPLY. I am looking for a dedicated cold caller available 12 PM-4 PM CST (Chicago time) Mon-Thur. You will be calling small trucking businesses offering SaaS highly relevant to their operations. The call list is over 10 000 records. This project is showing an excellent conversion rate of over 10% for demo appointment setting. The SaaS product is truly unique and beneficial to prospects. Cold caller location and accent do not matter as long as he/she is clearly articulating, convincing, and confident. Most times the phone is answered by a dispatcher for whom this product is targeted. Will be dialing from within OUR VoIP system with our Caller ID. Records in Google sheets. Calls will be selectively recorded. Must work from a QUIET environment. Pay is $0.40 per number answered, and $0.10 per no answer. About 70% of dials will be answered. No rush conversations allow for about 16-18 dials per hour. Follow-up calls, reschedule calls are $1.00. A demo scheduled which the prospect had attended is $10 on top. (No pay for no-shows but we pay $1 per call attempting to recover no-show demos). Well-performing cold callers make about $12-$18 an hour. Prefer to work with individuals rather than agencies.
