What we are looking for: [login to view URL] has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Call Center Customer Service Representative to work in our call center with our team. Responsibilities include handling calls from customers and outside sales staff, processing orders, sales support and various other administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Handling calls from customers, sales personnel Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives Respond to customer and sales rep inquiries via phone and/or email in timely manner Input orders from customers and sales staff into our system Note opportunities to upsell products Extracting leads on a specific place that we will provide Creating notes for each phone call (excel) Completed Expecting calls per hour: 20 (3 mins per call – extract the lead, call, create note, send email) Developing and updating a phone call script Other duties as assigned Who you are: The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities in order to be successful in this role: Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Prior call center experience Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Organization and attention to detail, a must Willingness to pitch in and assist other departments Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Compensation / Benefits: Our initial payment will be $3 per hour + bonus for each sell.
