I've got and extensive and complex educational website, perfectly functioning at the moment, developed in Windows 7 on Dreamweaver CS4, and need to upgrade it so that I can use Windows 10 for security reasons. I have had contradictory advice as to whether this upgrade is possible. If it is possible, without causing major upheavals to the layout and contents of the website, I need a technician to spend the necessary time at my place in the Central Coast of NSW, understanding the various features of the website, undertaking the conversion, and making sure that the tool is working.
