I need a piece of software that I can put an MP3 or Wave File into and play the file until I want to make a comment. At that point I want to click a button and have the audio stop playing and record start for me to record a comment. Then when I am done recording the comment, click a button and have the recording continue until I want make and other comment.... and so on. Then save the audio with the comments as an MP3 or WAV file.
