Requirement: A system to verify business adresses. The system needs to take a daily set of UK address (that will be manually input from a file) and scan the internet for any recent posts relating to that address. This could be various sources, including (but not limited to): Facebook Companies House (Beta) Google [login to view URL] The system should then hold and reference all links by their recency (i.e. last updated or posted date). The system will then need to present that data to a user (by recency) who will investigate whether or not the data is relevant and needs actioning. If it does need actioning, it needs to be able to export the record along with user specified links into a specific file format (TBC but likely to be Excel or PDF). This process should happen every night, and be a constant and on-going scanning process. Your proposal should cover: A rough and high level view of software required to achieve this, development time and costings. Specific hardware requirements including rough costings Include any other data sources you think may be relevant A high level project plan covering - the time, cost and critical actitivies.
