Adobe Air, need to add to make touchscreen interactive

I wanted to inquire if you can help me? I have a kiosk based business and uses a touchscreen monitor to play advertisements. We are currently using a flash based Digital Media Signage, [[login to view URL]][1] The software is great for remote uploading commercials, slides, and audio, etc. However, I am trying to achieve customer interaction during playback of certain ads. For example, I would like a customer to be able to touch the screen and print a coupon. (a thermal printer is already installed) Unfortunately, no digital signage companies make such a item. They either just do coupons or just advertisements. . The current software uses Adobe Air and I am sure Adobe also makes something to run inside of the Air program. I have also talked to Media Signage about this and they said that their software is built so people can add on to it by using flash based programming. I basically need something to run in the background to be compatible with Adobe and print when screen is touched.
