Hi, I check your requirements and ready to provide you the desired time function that can activate again from the admin after a defined period. I have an experience of 7 years in creating application using Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Hibernate, Spring. But as my profile on freelancer.com is new, i have no reviews at that time. We can do this once we come to know which page must be bloked. For that we can create an admin panel which will enter all the details of blocked pages and can unblock them. We must have tabe in database for this. Intable we can store time period for which it is blocked and from which user. After thrre months admin will login and will run thread to unbloke all the bloked pages. Or we can do this by using multi threding concept. We can generate one thread per user which will go for sleep mode until given time and after invoking he will call a method which unblock that page. Before sleep mode he will insert details in database for blocking that page. In database we can store details of page like user, pagename, time, block date and ublock date. In threading concept no nedd of administrator to activate the pages.
