Quality assurance Module with KPI dashboard

Please respond with existing experience in the same aspect, with few screens to review and proceed to discuss. Need to DESIGN a Quality assurance module with auto data feed from; 1. Incident Reports, 2. Inspection Reports, The software should have the capability of importing Inspection/Incident reports from XML format and manual compilation. Once data is fed, the same should feed the relative category of PI > KPI > SPIs and then generating analysis Dashboard and detailed Reports with data and charts.
