Simple Flash Modification, Plus Teach Me How

I have a flash menu, and I would like to change the text of each item of the menu, as well as the link that it links to. Also, I have Adobe Flash, but I have no idea how to use it. So part of the project includes you teaching me how to do the above. I don't require a full Flash lesson, I just want to know how to change the text of the menu item, and the hyperlink. ## Deliverables I have a flash menu, and I would like to change the text of each item of the menu, as well as the link that it links to.
