Social Media Manager and Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced social media manager who is passionate about creating ENGAGING content and driving sales through social media channels. As a social media manager and sales associate, you will be responsible for managing our business social media accounts, developing and implementing social media strategies, and creating compelling content to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed Collaborate with other teams (e.g. marketing, sales) to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices Identify opportunities to engage with potential customers and drive sales through social media channels Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other key stakeholders Participate in brainstorming and idea generation sessions to develop new content and campaigns Qualifications: Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably in a sales-oriented role Excellent writing and communication skills Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred Compensation: This position offers COMMISSION -based compensation, which means that you will receive a percentage of the profit generated from ALL sales driven by your social media efforts and also other sales by our efforts in influencer and affiliate marketing. The more successful you are in driving sales through social media, the higher your commission will be.
