Seeking Social Media/SEO/Website Optimization MAVEN!

I run an online daily news site that is 1.5 years old and growing fast! We cover hyper-local news here in Brooklyn, NY-- the hottest city in the world right now. The site is in need of a serious social media marketing strategy and setup. I am a journalist first and foremost. My forte is NOT social media, nor am I particularly interested in it. However, I know that the site's performance can be greatly enhanced if I had a solid social media setup and strategy in place that integrates all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), while also tracking performance of key story titles, words through SEO optimization. I am not seeking someone who is simply familiar with how the social media platforms work. I am already very familiar. I am seeking a social media MAVEN who has EXPERIENCE in how to leverage tools to integrate, track and max the entire network of platforms out as stories are published on the website! I am seeking to bring that person in on a temporary basis to evaluate, provide me recommendations, set it up, experiment, track performance, max it out and then provide a written final report of recommendations on how to move forward with the tools that have been set up. I am willing to pay $600 for about 40 hours of work over a four-week period (approximately 2 hrs a day). If this is something that you are an expert at, this project will be a piece of cake for you. If you are only moderately experienced, it may not feel worth your time. I will need to meet with that person 2-3 times throughout the project. So although this job can be done remotely, MY PREFERENCE IS THAT YOU LIVE IN NYC OR BROOKLYN!!! So please, no requests from India or Bulgaria or Africa. Preference is that you are Brooklyn-based. I look forward to getting started ASAP.
