97 Permanent Links Per Month Needed

Looking to build ongoing relationship with experienced link builders who use white hat methods. I have funding for a 12 month campaign and this project is month #1. Requirements: -One link per IP/domain -Must be permanent -Must appear natural -Links must come from US websites -Links must be on pages with no more than 50 outbound links -Link pages must be recently cached by Google within last 30 days -No page restrictions allowed (i.e. nofollow, [login to view URL], blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash, etc.) -No hidden links accepted Deliverable: Require monthly Excel report with URL, submission date, URL PageRank, last cache date and anchor text Payment made through GAF monthly on a verified per link basis. We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms.
