Soliciting Links via Email/Phone

Hello, I am looking for someone who would solicit links via email & phone. I will give a list of websites to contact but if you have internet research skills to find more potential link partners, that is extra benefit. You would be given a small intro paragraph you can use in the email requests but you may also use your creativity to customize the message a bit. Preference will be given to US service providers who can also use the phone for the same purpose. Lots of work for successful candidates. You will be soliciting links for the website of a fairly famous person in the healthcare niche so it's important you have high ethical standards and good communication etiquette. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also let me know how you will charge, hourly or otherwise (if hourly, mention your hourly rate).
