Create install disc and webupdate

I need to create a CD Rom for my product that: * Auto pops up to install when put in the drive * Installs files into a folder C:/IJAM/Jam12Blackline * Puts icons on the desktop for .notebook file, .html file, .pdf file * Puts icons in the startup menu for .notebook file, .html file, .pdf file, Update * Create script for files to update if their are newer ones on our ftp site. * When updates in files is clicked it must ask for the CD rom to be placed in the drive. * Has the user, password and ftp address on the disc encrypted so that not one can access the ftp site manually.
