Current requirement for SP/CDP modules Job description Senior SuccessFactors SP/CDP modules consultant for greenfield (SAP best practices) implementation project Requirements: 1. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors - Succession Planning module and Career Development Planning (CDP) in Greenfield implementation, Rollout and AMS projects 2. Any Graduate/Post Graduate eligible 3. SAP SuccessFactors 2H delta/1H delta Active certifications in Succession Planning and Career Development Planning 4. Deep knowledge of the two modules with the ability to understand the competency library structure for the client 5. Good understanding of the Performance and Goals process 6. Good understanding of the common integration points between SP/CDP and other SuccessFactors modules eg, LMS, RCM and PMGM 7. End to end implementation experience with understanding of Agile sprints methodology, SuccessFactors workbooks, common interfaces 8. At least done 2-3 full implementation, rollout, and support projects on each module 9. Proven track record of implementation experience Succession Planning module [2 to 3 implementation projects] Career Development Planning (CDP) [2 to 3 implementation projects] 10. Participate in the accurate creation of Configuration Workbooks 11. Should have hands on experience in Provisioning settings, Admin center settings for SF-Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) 12. Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF-Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) modules 13. Hands on experience End User Training and Manual preparation 14. Ability to provide creative workarounds and solutions to the client 15. Analytical and problem-solving skills are critical to understand client existing landscape 16. Clear communication in English both written and speaking Rate Card: 1,20,000 INR including Taxes which means 160 hours in a month then flat rate 750/- INR per hour Pay Cycle period: 30 Days Payroll date: Every Month 12th . Every month successful approved timesheets have to share to company raHeyes IT monthly/weekly basis. Company will invoice to customer on First week with approved time sheets of customer. Mode of employment: Dual Job accepted / NO need to come to office / Salary can be credited spouse or relatives accounts. TDS applicable as per amount.
