Sales for Graphic Design Company - answer emails, make phone calls, close sales deal

We are a graphic design company in USA and are looking for sales reps to generate sales for us. 1: Leads will come into you via email. There is no cold calling required, these are customers that have seen our website already and are interested in our services and are emailing in for more details. 2: You will answer the email back, answer any question customer has on our service (we can provide question and answer sheet), determine what the customer needs and provide the customer with a cost estimate (we will give you a price sheet and can provide training on how to price things). 3: You will negotiate with the customer a price and you are expected to close the sale. When the sale is closed and customer makes payment you will be paid 15% to 20% commission. THIS IS COMMISSION ONLY. We get a lot of leads so you can expect to make at least $300 a month. 4. Communication with the customer will be a mix of emailing and calling them on the phone. You MUST have good english and have skype in order to make phone calls. THIS IS COMMISSION ONLY! WE HAVE HAD MANY BAD EXPERIENCES PAYING HOURLY FOR WORK NOT DONE!
