Install Ruby/Rails Compatibility issues

I am cloning a server that I currently have that is working. I have copied the exact same code/Gemfile from the server to the new backup server I am creating. The code is older and is using: Bundler 1.12.1 Rails 4.2.6 Ruby 2.0.0 This project works on one computer. On the new backup I can not get it to work. Rails is complaining that I need ruby > 2.2 (strange because I have the two working together on the other machine). If I use Rails 4.0 the project seems to want to work but I get a bunch of warnings and errors that look like this: starting muster...
