Vissim and Synchro traffic microsimulation

I am a freelance transportation engineer / planner. I run Cube and TransCad macro-models, but my projects often need to run traffic microsimulation models like Vissim and Synchro, but I do not own these software packages, nor do I know how to use them well. I do not have a project at the moment, but I would really like to connect with a freelancer who is good at these subjects so we can tackle more work together. If you don't own these software platforms, or if you have only a vague idea of what I'm talking about, please don't waste your time responding. I'm only looking for someone who has a fair amount of experience with these tools. You could end up getting a lot of work at pretty good hourly rates if you're well qualified with these tools.
