Scope of Work Get historical order and current product from SHOPIFY API (App should have a button to update with the latest order and product) Create a function to input order and product in ML model - ML model will train on AWS and save results in the following format in a database or .pkl file: (each store will have in the format below) Product ID Recommendation 1 Recommendation 2 Recommendation 3 Recommendation 4 Recommendation 5 HOD0001 HOD0045 HOD0145 HOD0009 HOD0087 HOD00987 HOD0045 HOD0756 HOD1234 HOD3456 HOD1090 HOD0054 The Product ID prefix which is HOD, in this case, is different for all stores. We need to store this recommendation in a database for all stores (AWS). We don’t want to train the ML model every time a user visits the page. We want a manual button to train and update the model. Also, I want the option to modify different ML models in the system without many changes, so we can keep updating our ML model. When the model is updated, new results shown in format above are automatically saved in a database for that store (S3 bucket). When a customer clicks on the product, we will fetch the corresponding product ID and fetch the matching recommendation ID from the database) Create an API which takes recommendations from the database and prints URL of products (EC2 instance should be secured(HTTPS) SSL certificate). We need to make sure that multiple stores and users can use it at the same time and server can take load (load balancing). Make product visible on the product page. If by any chance the database is not updated and the product is out of stock or removed, we will show Shopify default recommendations.
